British Academy for English Language, BAFEL, is a leading institution of its kind in the country, devoted to providing quality teaching for improvement of English language. The institution has an experienced faculty, which is provided intensive and quality training at its head office in Dwarka. The academy caters to not only students but also professionals, who work in private or government organizations and want fluency and good command over the English Language and Personality development.

The Institute is the brainchild of  Mrs Alka Gupta, who launched the Institute in 2001. From very humble beginnings, BAFEL today has a pan India spread with multiple centres located in multiple states of INDIA.

Bafel, BerSarai, situated in South Delhi provides quality training in improving spoken English. It also provides specialized courses for preparing individuals appearing for IELTS, PTE, TOEFL, and OET. Specialised training is also available for Personality development, Creative writing, Business English, improving Voice and Accent, Interview techniques and Group Discussion. BAFEL also provides Customised Courses and Overseas Internship Training. The Institute has successfully provided placement training for doctors and nurses in the UK and internships to under 30 in Australia.

BAFEL BerSarai, like all other Bafel centres, is a resource partner with Cambridge University Press.

The students attending Bafel BerSarai, represent a wide spectrum, ranging from children studying in Class VI to Professionals –  all wishing to make a mark in their respective fields by acquiring fluency in English – provided by Bafel BerSarai. A large number of students are graduates and postgraduates appearing for exams such as SSB, NET, KVS and even preparing for the Civil Services Exams.

Bafel BerSarai conducts Classes from Monday to Friday of 2-hours duration for Spoken English – Basic/Advance, and 1-hour classes for the other courses. Customised courses are also held on Saturdays. There is also a provision for make-up classes, if, due to any reason, a student has not been able to attend classes regularly.

The most popular course in BerSarai is Spoken English – Basic and Advance, as they provide a firm base in the language which is a requisite to a good grasp of the subject. In addition, the demand for IELTS, OET, PD and Customized courses is also very high. The centre has also provided placement training for nurses abroad.
