BAFEL is perhaps one of the few coveted organizations where the MD herself is entirely personally involved in the composition of training agenda and execution of the various education and training activities. She, ably assisted by a set of CEOs – who are assigned individual fortes – manages the entire business. The MOs are responsible for the smooth administrative functioning of the company. Having established a chain of successful training centres, BAFEL has diversified into the field of soft skills & corporate trainings also. These trainings are imparted to its ever growing list of national, international, pvt and government companies. To name a few- DMRC, Escorts, Club Mahindra, BSES, Asian Paints. Under the personal guidance of its MD – the team of corporate trainers carry these made-to-order, customized trainings. Each trainer specializes in a particular area of training, thereby, making each training session extremely effective. Innovative techniques are encouraged and implemented to carry out these sessions. BAFEL's corporate training team is led by the MD herself whose instructions are followed by her team- each individualized, though amalgamated into the whole.

It is not possible to have a corporate training department W/o one's own content development expertise. BAFEL has its own unique methodology of imparting trainings, ably supported by its own training content. This particular feature of BAFEL is authenticated by its team of content developers who burn the mid night oil to continuously create and update its training material – this being the back bone of any training oriented company. BAFEL's team of content developers again follow the footsteps of its MD – and endevours towards formulating effective, target oriented, systematic, clear and customized content for its varied training sessions.

BAFEL Institutional training team has already trained more than a lac candidates in the areas of not only speak English but also personality development, communication skills, interview techniques, Voice and Accent, call centre skills and IELTS/TOEFL etc. this team also consists of trade mark BAFEL trainers – each extremely savvy with the English language with impeccable speaking skills, unbounded energy within the classroom, an encouraging and pleasant demeanor and a passion for imparting training.
