BAFEL TTT Programme
Much awaited and highly in demand Certification in English Training by BAFEL which will give new heights to the skills and the practical knowledge of the future trainers who opts for this course.

These programmes are designed keeping in mind the expectations of a student to whom the trainers are required to train, their entry level skills and also the entry level skills of the future trainers. BAFEL, a name synonym to its quality of training and output uses a very unique teaching methodology, adding creativity and customization to the training and ensuring the maximum development in a trainer’s way of teaching. This is one of the in depth and intensive training meant for those English lovers who are looking for pursuing/continuing/changing their career to English Training right from Spoken English to IELTS, PTE, TOEFL & OET  to V’n’ A, Business English, Creative Writing, Personality Development, Creative Writing & GDPI. The training duration varies from 50 hours to 120 hours.

We offer 3 levels of training under this programme:

1. Spoken English TTT -T3 Level 1
   Duration: 50 hoursOne day session with the Training Head cum Managing Director, BAFEL

• Spoken English on all the levels
• How to improve accuracy in grammar
• How to expand vocabulary of a student
• How to improve conversational skills of the student
• Ensuring daily communication
• Ensuring fluency while speaking

2. Master English TTT -T3 Level 2
   Duration: 80 hours

Two days session with the Training Head cum Managing Director, BAFEL

• Spoken English on all the levels
• IELTS
• Ensuring fast reading & comprehension
• Ensuring fluency in vocabulary, grammar and pronunciation to talk on any topic
• Following techniques for content coherence and cohesion
• Ensuring factual summary writing and discursive essay
• Following techniques for effective listening

3. Expert English TTT -T3 Level 3
   Duration: 120 hours

Three days session with the Training Head cum Managing Director, BAFEL

• Spoken English on all the levels
• IELTS
• Voice ‘n’ Accent
• Business English
• Creative Writing
• Personality Development
• GDPI(Group Discussion & Personal Interview)

Input Sessions
BAFEL input sessions will be 25% (30 hours to 60 hours) of the total duration where the focus will be on developing a teacher’s teaching skills by improving:

• Forming technical knowledge of the language
• grammar base
• improved vocabulary
• use of various activities to make training a fun loving session
• customization of the training module

This will ensure grasping of the training methodology which a BAFEL Certified Trainer follows.

Observation sessions
There will be 25% (30 hours to 60 hours) of the total duration towards observing an existing BAFEL certified trainer’s session. One will get the opportunity of observing the training sessions of BAFEL experts covering students from all levels-from school going to college going students, housewives and professionals.

Output sessions
BAFEL output sessions will cover 50% of the total duration (60 hours to 120 hours) focusing on training delivery with ease and perfection following/ensuring:

• presentation skills
• public speaking
• finesse in communication skills while training delivery
• positive and fair connectivity with student inside the class

Assessment Sessions
BAFEL will conduct TNA (Training Need Analysis) to assess a candidate’s progress on TTT which will happen in the following ways:

Pre-Evaluation – This is to determine the entry level skills of the candidate.

Purpose – So that, after assessing the candidate’s entry level skills in English language we can design a bridge course module for the candidates.

2. Mid-Evaluation – This is to be carried out to understand their progress.
Purpose – This helps us to compare it with their entry level skills so that the program can be further altered accordingly.

3. Post-Evaluation – This is conducted at the end of the training programme.
   Purpose – This is done to gauge the improvement undergone.

Employment Opportunity
We help training aspirants to become future leaders in English training to further help them to become employable, skillful & industry fit.

On completion of the TTT programme and subject to their performance post evaluation, BAFEL will give them the employment opportunity in BAFEL centre/s across PAN India.

Certification
Candidates will be awarded with the TTT certification on their respective TTT programme completion. This certification can be verified through BAFEL website at www.bafel.co.in.
